What exactly does The Car Agent Co do?
We act as your personal representative in the car-buying process. Our team negotiates directly with dealerships on your behalf, securing the lowest possible out-the-door price and removing the stress, upsells, and hidden fees that come with buying a vehicle.
How much does the service cost?
Our service is a flat $800 fee — no commissions, no surprises. If we can’t save you at least $800 off the purchase price of your vehicle, we’ll refund your fee in full.
Do you only work with new cars?
We primarily specialize in new vehicle purchases, but we can also assist with pre-owned vehicles if they’re available at a dealership.
Can you negotiate lease deals too?
Yes. We negotiate both purchases and leases, ensuring you receive the best terms, lowest money factors, and no inflated dealer add-ons.
How far do you search for vehicles?
We search nationwide. If you prefer to stay local, we’ll negotiate only within your target area. If a better deal exists out of state, we’ll show you the savings and coordinate shipping if you choose that option.
How long does the process take?
Most clients receive their first set of negotiated offers within 3–5 business days of completing the questionnaire and consultation call.
Will you work with my trade-in or financing?
Yes — we can include your trade-in details and financing preferences during negotiation to ensure the deal we bring you represents your full out-the-door price.
How do I know I’m really saving money?
Every quote we present includes the original dealer price, all fees, and our negotiated savings so you can see the difference clearly. We’ll walk you through every line item — no hidden costs, ever.
Is The Car Agent Co. affiliated with any dealerships?
No. We operate completely independently — our loyalty is 100% to you, the buyer. We don’t take commissions, kickbacks, or incentives from dealers.
